She is currently completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Michigan State University, whilst also earning a Masters degree, researching microanatomy of the horse's hoof. This book is an excellent starter for the horse owner who has not yet been able to decide, whether or not, to take the shoes off their horse.

The first book to read by Dr Strasser. This book will start to unravel the mysteries of common lameness complaints, whilst imparting information on other aspects of horsecare, and how not to hinder your horse's health.
